Background color of one link diff color

Post by Melinda Kochenderfer »

Dear Helpful Milonic users,
I have just implemented version 5.077 and am having a problem with one link, the first one, that used to go to Milonic.com. I have done the licensing agreement part. My link now says, "BMB Home" as I want it to, but the background color, after activating the link turns and stays blue. This is the only link it happens with.
My site is a http://www.bmb.msu.edu/index.html

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Sincerely,
Melinda

Hi,

It is this property set up in you menu data file

Code: Select all

pagebgcolor="#82B6D7";
the page properties in the menu are for 'highlighting' the menu to show people where they are.

Just out of curiousity, are you aware that you cannot really see the font color in the off position? It just looks like an empty box with a purple border on my computer screen. You might try to lighten the dark purple just a little, perhaps this #7575a4

Also you have fontstyle="bold"; that is not a style, that is a weight. It should be fontweight="bold"; fontstyle="normal"; or "italic"; if you want it italic.
