IE6,7 - flaky rendering submenus open to right - [SOLVED]

Menu at the top is working fine

Right menu however goes all to heck when you rollover the menu and subs pop-out. this only happens in IE 6 and IE7 it appears to work correctly in Firefox. this menu is gerenated dynamically

The sub-menus should pop like this - this is a static test.

instead they are popping WAY out to the right and at 200px offset vertically from where it should be

any ideas? I'm really lost here. I also installed the newest version of the menuand no resolve.

after talking to support directly, found out the solution is to place the sub menus outside of the div the parent menu is called.

As soon as we placed in header, everything works great.
