Zindex Context menu div problem

Hi.

Below is my old post.. but that problem got fixed with the prerelease but now.. i have a problem with the context menu.. the div stays on top of the context menu by default but once we click on the top menu it works fine..and after the context menu goes fine.. but the <select> disappears or there is a iframe on top of it which doesnt get cleared off..

Is there a new version of contextmenu which is not yet up for the prerealese version?
