Linking from the menu to a bookmark or anchor

I am a fairly new user of the menu and would like to know if someone can tell me how to put a link from the menu to a bookmark on the htm page that I am linking to. I found one response to a question concerning this, but it is not working. The following is what I tried:

aI("align=left;rawcss=padding-bottom:1px;rawcss=padding-left:10px;text=Forms;url=/pubhlth/forms.htm#laboratory;");

The code; url=/pubhlth/forms.htm#laboratory; should work.

What happens when you try it?

Also, do you have a URL we can see?
