Version 5.817 problems with frames menu

I downloaded version 5.817 from Milonic and installed it. After that the submenu's in the other frame were difficult to select or even disappearring.
Rolled back to version 5.816 and all was working fine again. Milonic fixed the following problem : " Fixed problem with offfunction not always firing correctly. This fixed a bug with frames based menus not always closing sub menus". But I think that they introduced another problem. I am happy with version 5.816.
If you using frames and have the same problems then I think Molonic has to do something.
