How to delay the menus when popping up

How to delay the menus when popping up

I am trying to get the menus popping up with a delay. At the moment the menus pop up instantly when the mouse moves over, this makes the menus appear very nervous.

This will be available with Version 4.0 of the menu due out in the next few weeks.
