Done, but with errors on page...

Please note that official support for this menu version has now ceased. There are still plenty of users, though, and the forum is still running. Some of our long-time users may be able to help you out.

Done, but with errors on page...

Post by circlesquare »

I'm sure that message has appeared for people before!!!

I'm just starting to develop this, so the only page available is http://www.learningcenterwy.org/tlc/board_members.html - it looks like it works, but I get the error message above... Can anyone help, I'd like to get it sorted before I go any further developing this...

Thanks

RJB

Solved it myself!!!

I finaly solved my own problem.... In the menu section, where you enter the description (that appears when you rollover a menu item in the bottom status bar of the browser, instead of a URL) I'd put a ' in (eg: Children's Stories... Changing it to Childrens Stories solved the problem....

Probably one of the most basic code errors in the world but quite chuffed that I fixed it myself!!!

The status bar area is somewhat dumb, in that it doesn't follow "normal" conventions (IMHO). However, for that area you can double-escape the ', so Children\\'s would work there.

Just FYI...
