Run Menu from SQL Server database

Having problems with DHTML Menu? There is usually somebody here who knows the answer.

Run Menu from SQL Server database

The Menu FAQ section of the site states that Milonic supports the building menus from both My SQL and MS SQL Server.

Are there examples of how this is done somewhere on the site, or has anyone else got this down?
