3D and older browsers

Please note that official support for this menu version has now ceased. There are still plenty of users, though, and the forum is still running. Some of our long-time users may be able to help you out.

Ok, in tradition with other posts here, it's taken me five minutes to solve my problem (when yesterday it took a measly 2 hours of playing around!)

I apologise for my inane chatter, and wish everyone the best :-)

Thanks!

3D and older browsers

Post by Andy »

Howdy all,

I am desparately trying to disable the 3D effect on the menu - sorry Yadin :-) I have been building the menu in IE 5.0, which does not show any 3D effects, however when viewed in IE5.5 the effect is present. The issue I am having is that when the 3D effect is applied it clips the top off both the main menu and its subs.

Is this a known fault? I apologise that I can't give you a link - it's on my own Intranet at the moment... Does anyone have any suggestions? If you move the mouse around a little it will make the mission pixels appear, however it would be great solve the problem and make the menu completely flat.

Any suggestions would be extremely appreciated and you'll all get cash in the mail (well, maybe not, but the help would be awesome!).
