IE 6.0 Drop Down Menu won't display

Please note that official support for this menu version has now ceased. There are still plenty of users, though, and the forum is still running. Some of our long-time users may be able to help you out.

IE 6.0 Drop Down Menu won't display

I am developing this website http://www.airline-employees.com/beta and can not get the drop down menu to display in IE 6.0. It works in all other browsers I have tried but I can't figure out what is wrong with IE 6.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
