I Need Help and Suggestion

1. in milonic winxp style menu, how can i expand menu to 100% of page, it's about 98% in the center where can i change this in .js files


2. it's not about menu but about javascripts, in my .htm file i use
<SCRIPT language=JavaScript src="something.js" type=text/javascript></SCRIPT>

so, i want to my something.js run some scripts file again.
likethis ..

i paste this to something.js it's not work how can i fix it
