Javascript errors & menu list bug

Please note that official support for this menu version has now ceased. There are still plenty of users, though, and the forum is still running. Some of our long-time users may be able to help you out.

Javascript errors & menu list bug

Post by bloodjelly »

The menubuilder has a problem on my computer (running totally updated IE 6.0). I created the main menu, then another sub menu. The sub menu then took on the characteristics of the main menu, and I had to delete it and recreate another submenu to make it work.

Also, the preview button doesn't seem to work for me for some reason. The error is as follows:

Line: 149
Char: 222
Error: expected ')'
code:0

and the menu doesn't work. Anyone else have similar problems?

I had the same problem when I would click on one menu and then click on another and it would give the second menu all of the properties and submenus of the first menu.

Did you figure out how to fix that?

I created a new menu_array.js file for each directory that I created, where each version contained slightly modified links, depending on where it was in the directory structure. I still used only the one mmenu.js file, though. Hmm...maybe a workaround but this worked for me.
