Odd Problem with Relative Positioning (Table Bound)

I'm wondering if there's something wrong with the sample 9 download files for the "Table Bound" menu.

The online version of the "Relative Positioning (Table Bound)" works fine, with the "Menu Samples" choice dropping down to display a scrollable menu. [This is the version at: http://www.milonic.co.uk/menusample.php?sampleid=9 ]

But when I download "menu_sample9.zip" unzip it, and open the html file on my computer, the "Menu Samples" choice does nothing when my mouse hovers over it. All the other menu choices work fine.

I'm running on IE6 for the PC.

The samples menu is built from a database.

We'll look at this once we get a spare minute.
