Table/Hover menu Stability Poll

Thought i would start a mini poll on what everyone's thoughts are on the stability of inserting the menu in a table cell vs having it hover on the page as the user scrolls down.

I know Andy mentioned to me that "it's one of those things that really depends on your target audience."

And I have tested a few different menu options from various scripts.. and most have a problem with tables. But i haven't used the hover option yet

I guess my target audience is trying to make the site as accessible to as close to 100% of the world as possible .. (wouldn't that be nice;)

so how about a vote, and maybe discussion on Placement of menu in:

Table cell

vs.

Hover

vs.

Other ideas
