Framed page flashing white on load

I have a framed page that is flashing when it loads. I have tried moving the js files into the body with no avail. The only time the page does not flash is when I remove the link to milonic_src.js. Doing that of course makes the menu fail to build.

You are using version 5 of the menu, but you are in the version 3 forum. I've moved the topic to the correct forum.

Just so you know, the version 5 of the menu does NOT support menus doing across frame borders. If you try to, the menus will stay within their respective frames only.

Lastly, tough to say why its happening without either a URL or your code. Preferrably a URL (see red text at the top of the input box when you are posting a message to the forum).
