I hate to 'rag' about this but the change log is a couple of releases behind. I know it is a hassle to update, but I think it is vital to those wishing to download the latest release.
Look again.
Not only is the log updated, but there's a new release out as well (5.18).
As for being a hassle - shouldn't be. I realize it's important to know what was updated/added, but keep in mind the only officially supported release is the current one, even if it's not yet posted in the log. Therefore, it's always critical to be up to date.
