Problem with menu being offset from table cell

The menus should be in the yellow table cell above but it is sort of overlapped and offset. It did work then stopped and I didnt change any menu code.

Please help.

Once i have this and my other problem sorted, I will buy the menu, but I need to ensure they are working as I need to first I am sure you might agree.

Its still pretty cool and I am sure it must be something I have done, I just cannot think or see what.

Fixed it, I had a "vertical-align: bottom" on the table row, changed it to "top" and all is now well hurrah!
