I contacted support a few days ago with a pre-purchase question (verifying my subdomains would be put onto the license and asking permission to use the linking method of disabling the Milonic from appearing on some content I use from another domain that's still appears co-branded as from on my site). I used the customer support system and I also emailed the licensing address from the purchase page with the same question, as it indicated that might be the better place. Still, there's been no reply. Is there a problem? Is there something else I should do?
