Displays fine in IE 6, but not in Netscape or Firefox.

Menu looks fine in Internet Explorer 6, but in Netscape 8.02 and
Firefox 1.04. the menu colors are not there and looks bad. Not sure about how it will look on a Mac.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

offbgcolor="000000";  onbgcolor="990000";

You're missing the hash marks for the offbgcolor and onbgcolor. IE tends to assume the
mark if it's missing, but Netscape and Firefox and most other browsers
do not so you have to be real careful to put them in.
