How to open in another table data field. [Solved]

I am using the menu in a table solution. And everything works fine except that when I press a link the link opens in a new windows. And the idea was to open the link an the table data field just below the menu field.
How is this done? I guess I have to give the table data field a name. But I can't get it to work. Please help.

We really need a url to see what it is you are trying to do.

In the meantime, you could check pop function menu sample and the methods and functions page about setting/getting positions and pop function use.

I solved the problem by using "iframe".
