Center menu without scrollbars & dividers without mouseo

I have 2 more questions about the menu: http://www.messtones.com/beta/

1. I want to center the menu without having the scrollbars in my window with 800x600 & (maybe) 1024x768 resolutions... How to solve this?

2. I use dividers between the different menu-items (topmenu) but i can't find the proper code to insert them and make it not a mouse-over like the rest of the menu. Does anyone know the solution?
