is it possible to run a function on pagematch?

so if a page matches I could make a graphic change?

why would you like to do something circumstantially using "pagematch", as there are more comfortable ways to achieve what you want.....?

Styles properties, menu properties, item properties encompass a wide range of varieties to arrange graphic changes - pagematch, if properly set, is an inbuilt specific function, as far as I see,just to get the actual menu item highlighted. Any other changes of graphics should be achieved using different methods.

You just mention "graphic change". Is it possible, to be a little more specific please ?
