Tme delay doesn't affected by _menuOpenDelay changes

I am working on the project with requirement to increase the time delay to open menus. I was playing to change it to bigger value, but it is not making any difference. Can you please help. The site you can see the code http://surlatable.marketlive.com

Your menu is not set up properly in your code. You have an incomplete piece of it in a script tag, and then some additional code in a td. If you want the whole thing in the td, see this page.

Once you get the things fixed that John noted, you need to use the horizontal menu delay property, it goes up where the open delay stuff is.
