1. It seems like a general bug, since I see the same problem on your site.
For example, go to http://milonic.com/treemenu/collapse/
Click finance US Markets, then finance twice (close and open main category).
What I get is an empty space instead of submenus of US Markets.
2. Also I have problems related to RTL direction. On some computers (seems like it doesn't depend on browsers) submenus in both horizontal and tree menus are shifted left. On my computer most of the time menus are displayed correctly (except the first problem), but sometimes they shift left too.
Also on different systems in different browsers the spacing between menu items differs, submenus are shifted down, etc.
What is frustrating is that most of the time I see the menus correctly on my development station. And after the series of testing my client reports about numerous bugs which I didn't see.
