IE vs Firefox Browser issues

Please take a look at my menu here:

It looks great in Firefox. However, in IE, there is a delay in showing the submenu and the submenu is a few pixels below the menu.

Any idea how to correct this?

You have removed our copyright statements from the menu code. I realize you are still developing, but this is a sore point with us and needs to be resolved.

As mentioned in the statement...

All Copyright statements must always remain in place in all files at all times

I apologize for the copyright not being in the code.

I am actually not the author but am helping debug the code. I added the copyright to the html and js files and have notified the author to replace the copyright.
