I am having a problem with the menus when I do not define a background color. I am trying to use a transparent gif and allow the background to show through. When I do, the box that encompasses the entire menu takes on the main menu class and a get a weird non functional button. Is it possible to call a separate class to define the background box? Here is my simplified example:

Problem with specifying background using CSS for menus
Hi,
I have now released a new version of the menu (Pre Release) that should be able to fix this problem.
I have removed the CSS class from the menu object, this was adding the image to the center of the menu object as well as the center of each item.
If you download the Pre Release version of the menu from http://milonic.com/menuvinfo.php and upgrade the menu code files, this should fix things.
HTH,
Andy
