Can I get some feedback on me menu's

I had a complaint about one of my menu's not displaying properly.
Can you guys give me some feedback. I'm not too concerned with older browsers or non IE or Netscape browsers.

Shows up perfectly in windows2K on intelbased pc in:

Internet Explorer 6.0260
Netscape 6.2.3
Mozilla 1.0

Haven't tried others.
