Popup menu not working
I have upgraded to v7.1 from v6.1 and noticed that a popup menu is now not displaying when the page loads. I think it 'flashes' up and then disappears. Oddly enough, if I then use a 'SELECT' box, it then appears. The problem also occured on 5.691. Does anyone know if there is a new style or property...

Left padding
I have a menu that is positioned on the right hand side of the screen. As such, any sub menu goes right to left. I can force this using the 'openstyle' property of the menu which is great. I can place the subimage on the left hand side using the 'subimageposition' property of the style. My problem i...

Change log
I hate to 'rag' about this but the change log is a couple of releases behind. I know it is a hassle to update, but I think it is vital to those wishing to download the latest release.

OK. Thanks for your response. With regards the duplicate emails, I administer a phpBB site on an Intranet and can't replicate the problem. Our system sends watched topics to 'undisclosed recipients'. All I can suggest is to do a search in your PHP scripts for the email address 'andy@milonic.com' or ...

Release Info
I've seen previous posts regarding this before, but just wondered what the current situation is now. It would be great to have some release information for each RC. I realise that it is generally a good idea to be running the latest version, but releases lately are coming thick and fast and it would...

OK. I've found why!!!!!!!... I am using a 3rd party piece of code to do some tooltips. It is the script in this that is obviously conflicting. Not knowing JS too well, I am still unsure if it is anything I can get around easily. The source can be found at http://javascript.internet.com/messages/over...

This one is now doing my head in!... I still haven't got to the bottom of this, but I have found out a little more information. I have a 'status' property defined for every menu item. I have no noticed that this only displays in the status bar when the cursor is at the edge of each item. i.e. if you...

Yes, failing on more than one machine...all would be IE. I will have a delve a little deeper and see if I can get some pattern to it. I will also try and put it on a personal web server to see if the problem occurs elsewhere. You can then see it for yourself if it is an issue. Thanks for you help so...

The item definition is as follows:
I can't give you a URL as it is on an Intranet.
Code: Select all
aI("status=Online access to your email;target=_blank;text=CPL Webmail;url=http://webmail.cplaromas.com;")

RC44 problems?...form input box and 'Milonic' link
I've just moved to RC44 and I'm seeing a couple of issues (using IE6). The first is that with an <input> box as a menu item, you can't click inside the box. (This problem was also in RC42 but not in RC29). You get the 'hand' icon. If you move the cursor to the very edge of the box, you can just clic...

Thanks all for your replies. The demos at http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/samples/author/dhtml/DXTidemo/DXTidemo.htm are great to visualise what it will look like. Basically I've used the following in the style for the menu. Wipe(duration=0.01,wipestyle=1,motion=forward) PS. I realise that most o...
